About the Role

Coastal Tone is seeking a motivated and client-focused Body Contouring Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness, transformation, and helping people feel confident in their own skin.

As a technician, you’ll perform advanced body contouring treatments and guide clients through their transformation journey using our Conversion Consult Method. Every client you help convert into a package not only changes their life, it also rewards you directly.

💰 Motivation Bonus: For every new package you convert, you’ll earn $25 per treatment booked. Example: If a client signs up for a 4-pack, you’ll earn an extra $100 on top of your hourly pay. The more clients you help commit to transformation, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

- Perform body contouring treatments using our advanced EMShape equipment.

- Conduct client consultations, assess goals, and recommend personalized treatment plans.

- Use our Conversion Consult Training to confidently guide clients into the right package.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.

- Deliver excellent client care, building trust and long-term relationships.

- Track treatments, results, and client progress in an organized manner.

Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

- Certification in body contouring, esthetics, or related field.

Previous experience in body contouring or client-facing wellness/beauty roles preferred.

- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset — ability to work independently.

- Strong communication, consultative sales, and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker (“ideas person”) who thrives in a growth environment.
